Step 1:
Call us to set up an appointment so we can look at your car's damage. We need to look at the severity of the damage in order to give you an accurate price and determine an appropriate amount of time to repair. (For minor door dents and dings, if you want to expedite the process, you can e mail us a picture of the dent or dents. Step 2:
At the time of your appointment, a qualified paintless dent repair estimator/ technician will look at the door dent(s) or hail damage on your car and give you a written estimate of the cost to repair. At that time, your estimator will schedule a time to perform the repair on your car. Depending on our workload, we may be able to perform the repair at that time.

Step 3:
On the day your car is scheduled for repair, the technician will have you sign a work authorization allowing us to perform the repairs on your car. Most repairs take between one and two hours depending on the number and/or severity of the dent(s). Hail repairs usually take between 1 to 4 days depending on severity. |

Step 4:
When your car is finished, you will be given the opportunity to inspect the repair work. Once you determine the work is satisfactory, you will then need to pay for the repairs. In order to keep costs down, we don't accept credit cards, but we will accept cash or checks. . |
